1. Introduction

Welcome to CircuitCare. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms and enter into a binding agreement with CircuitCare.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. If you’re using the services on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Repair Risks

• Devices with liquid damage or corrosion may become non-functional during repair.
• Displays (especially on iPads or tablets) may crack while removing due to strong adhesives.
• Touch ID or Face ID on Apple devices may stop working, even after a successful repair.
• Older devices with integrated GPUs may fail without warning during or after the repair process.

4. Estimates

• Initial repair estimates may change if new issues are discovered during repair.
• We will always contact you for approval before proceeding with any extra repair work.

5. 30-Day Warranty

• All repairs come with a 30-day limited warranty covering the original issue and parts used.
• If the issue reoccurs within 30 days, we’ll fix it at no extra charge.

6. Warranty Exclusions

• Damage from drops, water, or further misuse.
• Software issues (OS installs, virus removal).
• Customer-supplied parts or unauthorized repairs after service void the warranty.

7. Warranty Repair Terms

• We’ll attempt to fix any recurrence of the original issue at no cost.
• New issues will be quoted separately.
• If unrepairable again, we may offer a partial refund (excluding shipping/attempt fee).

8. Repair Attempt Fee

If we work on your device but cannot repair it, a fee of ₹300–₹500 applies for time and diagnostics.

9. Data Safety

We are not responsible for any data loss during the repair process. Please back up your device before sending it. Data backup is available at an extra cost if requested.

10. Data Recovery

• Charges range from ₹1,000–₹1,500 based on complexity.
• Recovered data will be copied to a new drive provided by us.
• Original damaged drives are not returned.
• No guarantee of 100% recovery.

11. Device Storage & Pickup

• Devices are stored for 30 days after repair completion.
• After 30 days without contact, devices may be sold or recycled.
• Extended storage available at ₹300/month.

12. Payment Terms

• Payment must be completed before the device is returned.
• We will provide payment instructions upon repair completion.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and services (text, graphics, logos, code, etc.) is the property of CircuitCare. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute it without written permission.

14. Limitation of Liability

CircuitCare is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or hardware failure. All services are provided "as is".

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of West Bengal, India.

16. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. CircuitCare reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations. Any terms that by nature survive termination (warranties, liabilities) will remain valid.
